About Me

I am a recent engineering graduate from the University of British Columbia (UBC) with a focus on embedded systems. My interest in engineering started in highschool where I grew a passion for math and physics due to incredible teachers who made me passionate about STEM. I chose engineering because I like to see direct impact of my work, and I want to contribute to building innovative products that make a difference in people's lives. Over the last few years, I've gained 2 years of valuable work experience, from small fast-paced startup environments to working at large tech companies. In all my work, I take ownership of my projects and create an impact with my work while growing my skills.

In the time I was not at internships, I was actively involved with the Aerospace club on campus for a few years, leading the software team and competing in national competitions where I contributed to achieving 2nd place with an innovation award.

Outside of academics, I enjoy going to the gym and staying active. I'm always curious about how things work, which often leads me to explore topics beyond my coursework. I have a strong passion for engineering and I am always eager to learn and grow in my field. I am excited about the future and the opportunities that lie ahead as I continue to pursue my career in the embedded systems space. Some specific industries that I am interested in include aerospace, robotics, and biomedical.
